Pre Santa Pod meet and Check!

soon i will sort out a date place and time for us all to meet to talk about pod and i will be handing out a chack list for Santa pod to make sure you are all ready for one of the best weekends

this is one to make sure we are ready and to make sure nothing goes wrong

Well yes and no, I was talking to tank and Andy, we agree we need to do sumnet pritty soon, not sure when's best though, any sugestions? Maybe meet at the tracked pub Monday evning? It's where the hope motor show is? Any good?

sound, tell you what we can do is meet up and discuss the aragments between us and then post a bit of a plan on here, and a fuff idea what gear people are taking, theres no real panic, at the end of the day, theres a few of us on here that a vetrans to the pod and im sure we will have enough gear etc, between us to make it work quite well

Dnt forget u need to be doin this as a meet and greet also cus quite a few people havent met and trust u to make it out there when im not goin lol

Any more ideas, i know theres a few of us that know wgat happenibg, but ideally we need a plan up on here of whos got what etc like shrek said we dont all need tools or jacks etc, best plan i can think of is everyone sorts their own camping stuff and supplies of food and drink then owt in between such as tools etc can be sorted between us lot nearer the time ie 2am before pod when we will be fitting robs bucket seats lol
