having posted a for sale item in that section about wheel refurbing (check it out) i suppose it would be more suited in this one.

MACHINING

right this is something i can do as a favour etc, bearing in mind if i have the material, if not you guys have to source that or i can at cost.

if you need anything machining with regards to spacers, mounts, brackets etc.
basically anthing that needs turning, milling, drilling, tapping and i can also press bush's out seen as i am a hydraulic/mechanical engineer and am surrounded by F££(%£)G pressess all day. just drop me a line and i am happy to help.

aslong as it only costs me my time its not a problem

well am no genius but my skills have progressed ten fold since i saw you last,,, infact most of the time you did the work on my cars or solved the problems matey.

but now especially with beemers i can tackle just about anything and like i said with the machining i have all the gear at work and dont mind helping out, i mean some machine shops charge a bomb a most of its straight forward.

i will even do you a CAD drawing of the part you want aslong as i have time and all the dimensions etc!

cool stuff mate

make me a drawing, i would have too buy material and just thinking would aluminium not be better due to weight?

could find out how much just need to know O.D and thickness and how many.

e.g 10mm thick x 4 at 200mm o.d would mean material would have to be roughly 100mm to account for parting off, holding workpiece in chuck and facing off finished pieces.

can be done though. let me know and i will phone material stockists
