I heard the dreaded words 'torsion bar' in the title, i haven't read the link though If we are doing this you need to drench the ends in wd40 for a few days before you try it Then youl probs need a slide hammer and plenty of patience!! Il come help though but its not a morrisons garage job

Ha ha morisons garage I've got a nice slide hammer that could work quite well doing a job like this :-)

Easy to do dude!! will take some doing to get it out first time but after then just pack some grease on the splines then shove it back in clean the splines well and best way to get your van slammed
