Ha ha, well mathmatically speeking yes, as your car would be traveling at the speed of light, the head lights are projected forwards, therefore they would be traveling faster than the speed of light and effectivley work, but, in reality the force of atoms etc going past the car at those speeds would drag on the light projected and affectivley stop them from working? Does that help?
That's my thoughts anyways lol

In therory not realy to the extent of the light projected wouldnt be able to travel forwards hit a object then travel back for you to see it before you hit it, but shreks right in terms of that the theory of atoms would mean the light would be slower than what you were traveling, then lighting up behind where youve just come from, but you wouldnt see that in real time because you are traveling faster than it can respond, similar to many stars seen at night have alrrady died but because they are so far away then it can take years forthe light to stop,
