whats the deal with people suposedly fallin out with the forum? its not the forum, its done nothing wrong! in the past weeks or so ive had a few people sayin there not happy and feel like leavin the forum? if you aint happy say summet, dont stew over it, grow some balls and talk about it, seems a bit pethetic to me realy, the whole idea of diy is that there aint no bitchin etc,
what ever happens diy will stay running, theres a few of us 'older members' we will allways be moding and tunning our cars, we where good mates before we setup diy and i dont supose were ever gona stop bein mates, were allways willing to help people out, even if it does mean were still workin on cars helpin each other out at 2 in the mornin, so what, thats life.
but dont get all mardy when things dont work out? i get a lot of stick for not doin things right, hell look at doris, its not what youd call a normal tunned motor, but i'm not fussed, so maybe my skills on a car arnt as good as thoughas of a fully skilled mechanic? am i botherd? ive built, owned, raced and wreked more cars than most ppl have blow jobs, i'm not out to slag people of nore am i gona stand here defending peoples actions i just think its verry sad that people cower away once theyve got there freebee, and drop of the radar, might be me gettin old but i am startin to think twice about who i help and who i don't, which makes me feel verry sad

Its a great forum this.. if people wanna leave.. let em.. pretty sure they'll want to come back just because of how solid we are as a friendship.

Cheers danni, like I say, its the little things that make a diffrence, maybe i was out of order putting this post up but i thought, sod it, its an open forum that's free to join, that's the heart of the forum, it doesn't cost anything to be polite, helpful, gratfull and most of all freandship, I must be getting old but one of my old phrases in life has allways been that your mates are the family you choose. Everthing else just falls together, lifespan to short to waist time on people who don't want to know ya, get to know those that do, let sleeping dogs lie, why poke a fire when its gone out? You get the idea, I'm deffo gettin old
