PostSubject: Twin Exhaust   Twin Exhaust EmptyFri Jan 25, 2013 2:24 am

Just wondered if i would be able to make a twin exhaust from the standard back box? So it would look something like this

I want the end result to look like this...

Twin Exhaust Empty

well, yes and no, a std back box wont last long. like 3 yrs, and welding it will only make it worse, you could end up with a few problems, like back pressure, using a std box will have more back pressure when you extend the tail pipes, where as a propper of the shelf or bespoke (like exhaustuk) will have a better flow rate, less back pressure then std and increase the power of your car.

in retrospect, i'd recomend either an of the shelf kit, specific to your car, like courtney etc or get somone like exhaust uk, hauleys etc to make you one, the added bonus is the garentee you'll get with the exhaist system, allso with it being stainles, it'll last for the life of the car Very Happy

exhaust uk are good, but expensive but good quality Wink hope that helps
