well i thought that id better put a build thread together for the jeep being as she seems to be getting more of my atention than doris has been laterly,
righto its a 1.6 16v mpi diahatsu sportrak
mods
-roof rack
-roof spots
-beacon
-huge cb areial
-cb fitted
-somthing like a 4 inch lift kit
-huge sahara of rd tyres
-front sump gaurd
-belly pan guard
-fuel tanks guard (this things like a tank underneath)
-bigger in line fuel pump
-front bull bars
- bush lines on the front
-diy snorkel (useing race specs alloy pipe work)
-varios speakers 6x9s etc
and finally its the first car ive fitted a tow bar to,
asside from the usual service work, theres no great plans to do many more mods but she has been extremly usfull, i rekon that she must have been used on atleast 30 breakdown call outs so i supose shes become one of the diy recovery team
when i can sort it i'll stick some phots up and try to add any progress on her,
main thing atm is fighting the rust, 2 weeks back i spent two days with the trusty welder sorting out the drivers rear arch, when i get some time i'll be tidying the passanger side,
any thoughts ideas? all apretiated
