| This is my 98" corsa that has recently died, so she needs a heart transplant. To kick things off she needs stripping to assess the damage :/ [img] [/img] The first damage! [img] [/img] Anti-roll bar Broke in accident in january [img] [/img] Rear wheel arch, anything left of it? [img] [/img] Looks pretty good under the wing [img] [/img] both wings off looking a bit scabby now :/ [img] [/img] The old 1.2 engine, unhappy losing oil At last the spare room has a purpose, Dont tell the Mrs. [img] [/img] | |

| ha ha good lad, i rekon my wife would cut my balls of in my sleep if i started to bring pieces of doris into the house lol, just a curious question, how secure is betty? it looks like pickeys might steal her and weigh it in without plates on her? pikeys have been mega keen round our end, breaking into garages, back gardens etc, ruthless basterds any how, whats plans? did u descide on an engine yet? | |

| Betty gets blocked in with Bertie MK2 and will remove the wheels soon, the engine is decided, I may put that x20xev wiring loom to use, or C20xe or maybe go balls out and go for V6 open to advice and pointing in direction of a engine of desciption but im concentrating on her body and chassis so i hopefully wont twist her to pieces | |

| In that case I'd talk to tank because he's got all the gear to put a big block in a corsa ;-) | |

| Bad news chaps, after constant budgeting and working out different options, Betty has been moved to her final resting place, I am devostated that I have had to do this to my lovely car, but I have ruined her to the point of no repair. Sorry Betty, rest in pieces :'( | |
