 Mk4 Polo strut braces

been looking about for some of these since jared showed me his in his garage and wish i bought it at the time ! any ideas ? thoughts?

Been looking at some one ebay forum wont let me post the link though Sad

if you want a rear strut brace, we need to go shoping in the local weighing in yard, get some metal round bar and ill, weld the sucker in, looks mint sprayed up and its a damn site stronger and more efective than a bolt in jobie Very Happy

and did i mention cheeper?

Hmmmm sounds like a awesome plan my friend ! get some serious metal for the rear like a scaff bar haha !

possibly but scaff bar is a bit heavy, when i was in the forge i could get loads of scrap coss the gaffers were idiots and scrap everything, so id just mick it out the scrap bin lol

ahhh shame your not there no more Wink !! haha nahh we will just pay a visit down to scrap yard and see what metal we can pick up !!

steel, that way i can weld it, 1" gas pipe works rate well, because its heat reated, lovley and strong, but not to heavy, ive got a bit in the garage but i wanted to use that on the astra
