| decent effort this thing, didnt know there was so little of them left, i had the mk2 HGT version, it was a 1.8 and was very quick, unfortunately and this was a car with 1 owner from new, 18k on the clock and ffsh it ate 3 gearbox's, a clutch, exhaust, tyres, brakes, electrical issue and engine valve timing in a year and 12k miles.......i was not very happy!!! lucky enough half of it came under warranty but just got pissed of with it, brilliant cars when they work though, good handling. not sure about the mk1's for reliablity etc. keep going bud its come along way from what surely would have been a scrapper. | |
