| The stripping continued ! I took the Grips and throttle off , the Speedo and horn etc .. also took the brakes off at this point but have kept them connected ... cant be arsed with brake fluid everywhere just yet ! Im planning on changing the colour of the speedo aswell ! Mexican just took a big pieace of metal off with a big bolt ... Better keep these together !!! LOW RIDER YO ! Engine mount bolt is off !! My Huge Engine block ! 70cc polini ... 7 BHP of pure raw power ! watch out lads ! Wheels are off now ! .... but we need the forks off ... how do we take them off ? This is where the Haynes manual my girlfriend bought me came in VERY handy !!! Haynes says you need to have the handlebars off to get the forks of ... great Nearly there ! COCK ... I have to take the headset off with the steering bearings in and Even though I have lots of tools I dont have a spanner set of any sort to take this off .... This is where I got up to due to day light running out and lack of tools .. Nearly ready for the powder coating and sand blasting ! =] Thanks for looking guys, and I would specially like to thank L.S.W for all the support he has done and for driving to mine every time I have wanted company and help ! Tank and shrek for support, Advice and tool lending =] | |

| Took the rollers out and Gear ! Took the gear out and it looked abit rusty and worse for wear but the teeth looked in great condition ! Some steel wool and WD-40 and I am happy with the end result ! this will go back in the ped =] Time to look at the rollers ! There fucked ... so will buy new rollers and the casing to be safe for £60 , as it will add performance too because its an aftermarket part ! Took the clutch out [ on the right hand side of casing ] Theres a Clutch lock nut M28 – 38mm Hex nut that I can't get off to look at the clutch , theres a special tool to take it off but its £11 ... so will have a think about it Thats all for today, just got a pay-rise so frame will be getting work soon ! | |
