| My sister drive a Corsa D (CAT D) atm. When you reach about 40mph the car starts to shake then 45mph plus it stops. Has anyone any ideas what it could be.
P.S Damage was front end drivers side

| Defanetly balancing on the wheels, any tyre fittes, quick fit etc can sort it, but I'd get tracking checked at same time, just to be sure its all ok after the damage repairs. | |

| Should have put this in my first post. the cars had 4 new tyres, wheels checked, balenced and tracking sorted. ive also replaced a bar underneath engine bay which was bent. | |

| I've had to nip back to the tyre place loads of times to get a new tyre re-balanced, still might be worth the journey if you're not 100% sure it's not the tyre at fault, if it was recent that you had they tyres done it won't cost you anything as they didn't balance it up properly in the first place or a weight has managed to come off.
Like I said, easier to check that first as opposed to spending a small fortune hunting down an unknown fault. | |
