| Bought a cheap runner to work and back for £250 - Here she is after a polish It needs a new Battery and after trying to remove the fuel silicon pipe from the carb, the plastic nipple broke off So might need a new carb unless Mr.Shrek can work his magic on it ! My fav thing about this is the Arrow exhaust system which is very rare and has polished up very nicely ! Its even cleaner now but cba to take a new picture After polishing did some back to black on trim and worked a treat ! Lots more to come !! | |

Haha that would be funny !! You can actually get something called "boos bottles" and it catches the back preassure and directs it back to give a lot more power , as 2 strokes dont have valves and some preassure is lost. Involves drilling into the block thought i think :/ , anyway will get it on road then start propper modding | |

| Right So I thought id give up with the panzy shit and do a PROPPER Build thread ... so its all guns out ! Stage 1: Strip the fucker and paint the frame ! Back end done, time to strip it some more ! Getting there ... The wiring is old and a fucking pain ! ... Wouldnt mind Getting some new Wiring as Im planning good things for this little scooter ! Nearly there ! , left the wiring in and clocks as this stage .... Had BIG problems taking the front plastics off as you have to take the front wheel off and I had help with this bit from Tank, so MASSIVE thanks to him for lending me his bag of tools and for his help. Would ALSO like to thank SHREK for lending me some of his tools even though I broken one After 7 HOURS !!! shes nearly where I want her , a propper rolling shell , at this point the clocks are off and the cooling system is also off .. even the CDI unit is off ! , just need to take the wiring off [ Or mask it which is easier] and take the engine and back wheel off in one pieace with the engine bolt [ god scooters are easier than cars !] Planning to have the frame painted next week ! will get her looking mint ! | |

| Shrek my dad says of course you can use it ! and haha Tank only just saw your post cheers, shame you do live far away ! On my Build thread update, I have contacted Express Coatings in Wicker for a quote on a phosphating pre-treatment and Powder coating the frame ... This will bassicly make it look Showroom and Be able to ride in winter with out as to even think about rust (Which on bikes is horrible). I have also been looking at new fully stainless steel screws from Westfield Fastners and some Silicon hosing for water cooling. This is going to start lifting up soon and im really excited The next things I have to look at is where to source GOOD quality wiring from and do some soldering to copy all the wiring so that its new... Dont fancy 12 year old wiring on a scooter ( Scooters always have sh*t wiring ) .. I plan on modifying some of it too for some L.E.D's etc. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Silicone-Flexible-Flexi-Wire-Hose-Silicon-Rubber-Coolant-Radiator-Water-Bend-/330651268754?pt=UK_DIY_Materials_Plumbing_MJ&var=540049646426&hash=item4cfc59f692 | |
