| Small update, I really wish I could sort ecu to accept that it will have boost, turned the fuel pressure up again and its helped boost but now bogs a little more and obviously fuel usage is stupid now but it was built to go psssh!! LOL Jacked up ready for new clutch, gearbox and lightened flywheel after a unfortunate failure New shiny parts, lightened flywheel - minus around 1kg but proberly lighter with lighter black diamond stage 2 kevlar clutch Favorite car pic (looks nowt like a justy) New bigger exhaust, not ideal but needs must Hating bedding clutch in also got a intermittent water leak thats hopefully cured but ive had to run k seal, hating it but needs must Il hopefully have more going on soon, and cant wait for some snow | |

| Recently alots changed, lack of funds, job etc have made some differences, theres only so much cheap jobs on cars you can do with your time. Been a while since ive posted progress, things have changed again, although the 8v turbo is working well, it isnt in top form it needs a ecu mod thats gonna cost money so ive made the decision to swap for a swift gti engine again but this time turbod Few toys I got other day courtesy of a nice chap on eBay and big ryan for the collection service All my new bits Head during cleaning Hoping I can use this turbosmart dumpvalve Plan is to build this turbo and proberly rebuild my gti lump out of the 2012 green beasty over winter depending on funds USC 2014 will hopefully be epic!! | |

| This looks awesome, wish I could stockpile a load of parts like u and build something sick lol, can't wait to give u a hand getting stuck in to a 16v build, and yeah that timming looks like it's gonna be funny, on Dori. I used the dowl pin as a reference point to work original timing and then worked from that, but can't see em on your photos, :-( I'll have to pop up to yours and have a play day lol ;-) | |

| Bit of another update, time is slow and with a lack of funds not very much has changed AWD works at least (click for video) Warm way to change water-pump in the cold New VS Old She decided to not like the timing spring fitted so kindly ingested it knocking the timing forward 60degrees A ride on tow came as a result, I really think DIY should get a truck or at least the awesome dollies this guy had!!! Caliper re-build time I now have a few new toys to hopefully build a powerful enough engine that is reliable too including some more injectors, a Greddy E-MANAGE Blue ECU, hard boost pipe made for the job and HKS recirculating dump valve Along with the masses of knowledge obtained hopefully this will be a reality soon depending on the budgets | |

| Ok so not posted an update in a while and things have changed alot So its staying 8v for the time being And with college and other commitments progress is a little slow hindered more by cost New stickers look well Think ive found my window issues Frames are in and ready for the sidemount fibreglass seats to go in Looking very bare but light!! Another 2kg out. Wish dieting was this easy New brakelines are ready to be fitted Passenger kick plates in for the arse twitching moments Fibreglass seats are going black Drivers seat and harness is in!! Nice race engine mount, going to vibrate like a twat Nice small dump valve, biggers better right??? Quick release bumper New console All lit up So thats about it for now loads has happened but slightly on a sideline to the original plan but adaptations to plabs were expected | |

| Well things are moving a little now, ive decided to finally rebuild the rear axles so two arms are on order, polybushes have arrived and things are happening. Loving flames now, makes me strangely happy it overfuels Rear worn bearing removed surprisingly easy with a little hammer persuasion, no press needed today All stripped, cleaned and painted up, just wish paint would dry quicker with this lousy weather so I can get it rebuilt ready to go bak on Not too sure how much longer shes out on the road for so hopefully more big news soon | |
